Special hotel with a nice service and wonderful staff. Marvellous location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Zwinger-Garten. Lovely area. Bright double room in our book, quiet atmosphere.

Excellent breakfast buffet and convenient bike rentals.
The air conditioning was excessively noisy and ineffective. The housekeeping service was subpar. Our used coffee cups were left for multiple days without being cleaned. The receptionist appeared indifferent when we raised these issues during checkout, lacking proper concern for our complaints.

Modern room, comfortable bathroom, with a well-stocked mini bar and a fantastic view from the 10th floor, made my stay very enjoyable and convenient for exploring the nearby attractions at just a 1 km distance from the main transit stations.

Room was lekker spacious for the whole family. The brekkie had a big variety, even some surprise Asian dishes! The staff were super friendly, proper chommies, always willing to help.

The Superior Room was modern and spacious, with a comfy bed and a nice bathroom with quality toiletries. It had a fridge and coffee machine, great for convenience. The room was quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep. You also get a Nespresso machine, a lovely touch. The views from the upper floors are fantastic too.
